Hand in hand with AI to create smart buildings ——SpaceDicon was invited to participate in the 2024 Yizhuang College special event

On November 2nd, SpaceDicon Technologies Company was invited to participate in the 2024 Yizhuang College Special Event in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone (Beijing Yizhuang) with the theme of "Artificial Intelligence · Enterprise Upgrade". During the application scenario innovation exhibition experience, SpaceDicon fully demonstrated its independently developed consrtuction 3D printing collaborative robot pstone6 and environmentally friendly construction 3D printing materials and components, which was an eye-opener to the visitors and attendees.

During the event, Yang Bohao, the Chief Technical Engineer of Space Dicon, was interviewed by the Science and Technology Innovation Live Room of Yizhuang College and answered questions about the technological innovation, intelligent advantages, and performance characteristics of Pstone6, which was showcased at the event. This allowed more people to have a comprehensive and multi-dimensional understanding of the technological R&D achievements of SpaceDicon.

In the interview, Mr.Yang emphasized that SpaceDicon as a high-tech enterprise specializing in the field of construction 3D printing, will continue to focus on core technology research and technology transformation, and persist in exploring the practical application effects of construction 3D printing robots, including how to enhance human-machine cooperation efficiency, improve operational safety and accuracy, better reduce labor, shorten construction time, save materials and construction equipment, and make the carbon emission coefficient of the construction process lower. In addition, we have developed low-carbon 3D printed concrete using industrial solid waste as the main raw material, which can further reduce the carbon emissions caused by building materials and achieve the resource utilization of solid waste.

 

 

       

 

3D Printing Collaborative Robot Walking Path Demonstration

 

 

How can collaborative robots achieve efficient collaboration with humans in the process of construction 3D printing? After planning the printing path, the robot can print according to the program without much manual intervention. SpaceDicon has developed a series of technologies to enhance automation levels, improve the working environment of the construction industry, and increase construction efficiency. Mr.Yang said, "Our automated material system can mix dry materials and water as the printing process progresses, achieving on-demand mixing and adjusting material flow without the need for manual mixing of cement. In addition, our control system only requires a tablet computer for remote wireless operation, ensuring the safety and health of construction personnel. We have mounted the 3D printing robot on a tracked chassis and equipped it with visual positioning function, which can recognize the position error of the robot relative to the preset construction position, cancel the error through the motion trajectory of the robotic arm, and improve the construction accuracy.

 

 

The 2024 Yizhuang College special event gathered top-notch intelligence, showcased cutting-edge technology, promoted industrial integration, and comprehensively and multi dimensionally demonstrated the specific applications and enormous potential of artificial intelligence in enterprise upgrading and urban development. Through this event, SpaceDicon not only displayed its independently developed advanced technology and products in construction 3D printing, but also explored new development directions in the industry through in-depth exchanges with partners.
